He stressed that the initiative is a game-changer for Ghana\u2019s automobile sector.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1477\">\n<p data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1477\">\u201cThe construction of the plant is expected to begin before the end of 2025. We are targeting the production of <strong data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1382\">5,000 vehicles in the first year<\/strong>, with plans to scale up to <strong data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1435\">20,000 units annually<\/strong> in subsequent years,\u201d Mr. Asare stated.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1663\">He further explained that the project would create over <strong data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1556\">1,000 direct jobs<\/strong> and more than <strong data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1594\">2,000 indirect jobs<\/strong>, while introducing cutting-edge EV technologies across the region.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1709\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Skills_Development_EV_Infrastructure\"><\/span>Skills Development &amp;
